A&P Emerging Manager UCITS Index

The A&P Emerging Manager UCITS Index, (“A&P EMU Index©”) is an equally weighted index of UCITS hedge funds managed and advised by global emerging hedge fund managers. The A&P EMU Index© was launched on the 1st January 2017 and is comprised of 8 index members. The A&P EMU index© methodology combines both quantitative and qualitative screening. To be considered for the index, the index constituents must be a UCITS fund, open to investments and reporting up to date fund performance (net of fees) at least bi-monthly. The fund and the appointed investment advisor must have assets under management of between $20m USD and $500m USD (or currency equivalent), with a track record of fewer than 36 months. The appointed investment advisors of the index constituents must also be regulated by their home regulator and operate their business from an FATF approved country. The A&P EMU index© performance, net of all fees, is calculated bi-monthly and published monthly. The universe of eligible investment strategies is Arbitrage, Bottom-Up, Convertible Arbitrage, CTA/Managed Futures, Distressed Debt, Directional, Event Driven, Fixed Income, Long Bias, Long/Short Equity, Macro, Market Neutral, Merger Arbitrage, Multi-Strategy, Relative Value & Risk Arbitrage.
